Tasting Notes

  • Nose

Elegant aromas of custard cream biscuits, lemon curd, vanilla pod, flaked almond and apple compote

  • Palate

Buttery layers of vanilla sponge cake, apple strudel, waffles and golden syrup bound with cinnamon and sandalwood.

  • Finish

Sweet baked apples, tinned pears and lime zest slowly fade into a cacao and ginger biscuit linger.
