TASTING NOTES
Nose | Smoky and intense with aromas of summer barbeques, grilled green pepper, embers and maritime saltiness, lifted with a grassy freshness. |
Palate | Layers of peat reek and olive brine intertwine, displaying flavours of streaky bacon, fireplace soot, wood spices and smoke. |
Finish | Notes of cigar smoke and liquorice slowly fade into tingly, sweet spices leaving a clove and anise linger on the tongue. |
