CROW'S NEST CARIBBEAN RUM
Crow’s Nest is a double matured cask finished premium aged Caribbean rum featuring specially selected aged rums from Jamaica, Barbados, Dominican Republic, Venezuela and Trinidad & finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry butts & bourbon barrels.
Expertly blended together to create a unique and complex Caribbean rum with toffee, vanilla, sweet spices and fruit cake flavours, which is exceptionally smooth to taste.
TASTING NOTES
| Nose | Aromas of vanilla pod, marzipan and cocoa powder mingled with sweet spices and golden raisins. |
| Palate | Sweet and rich with layers of toffee, muscovado sugar, dates and prunes followed by toasted walnuts, nutmeg and stem ginger. |
| Finish | Warming and long with notes of maple syrup, fruitcake, cloves and sandalwood. |
