Three Gold Medals at the 2025 International Wine & Spirit Competition for Tomintoul and Glencadam

We’re proud to celebrate three Gold Medals at the 2025 International Wine & Spirit Competition for Tomintoul and Glencadam.

Glencadam 13 Year Old was praised by the judges for its “soft fruits and floral notes on the nose with hints of honey. Ripe peach and tropical melon on the palate with a warm and lingering finish.”

At Tomintoul, two expressions were awarded Gold:
Tomintoul 10 Year Old, described as “delicate with floral aromas and bright green apple character. Light and elegant on the palate, with peach, apple juice and white chocolate. A whisper of heather honey and elderflower on the finish.”

And the small batch Tomintoul Pedro Ximénez Cask Finish, celebrated for its “bold aromas of dried fruit and spiced cake with a hint of savoury miso. The palate bursts with blackberry, Danish pastry and gingerbread, finishing with a touch of clove and black pepper.”

As we mark Tomintoul’s 60th and Glencadam’s 200th anniversaries this year, these awards are a true testament to the craft, care and consistency of our production teams.
